Job Description
The candidate should be able to communicate with People’s Prepaid’s customers via phone and email, resolving customers’ queries regarding our software products and services. Troubleshooting support of technical issues on our terminals in the field to be done via phone. The candidate should also be able to offer simplistic installation instructions for our various software products and be able to perform installations via desktop screen sharing software.
The candidate will be required to answer questions about our products and sending relevant documents with information to clients.

The schedule rotates between Week 1 and Week 2 during the month.

Monday to Friday: 13:00 – 21:00 Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00 Saturday: Off duty
Sunday: 08:00 – 13:00 Sunday: Off duty
